Deconstruction Mirror (2018)

Interactive Installation

Big part of modernity was defined by the incredible advances of science that allowed us to have a better understanding of our universe and the laws that reigned it.  What if all of the sudden the world we all know too well change by a turned in the laws of physics? How would that world look like? How would we look like? Deconstruction mirror is an installation that distorts the user's reflections to look as if they were they were entering a place where space and time has change and now the world and their self image is being pulled down and stretched. This stretch down mirror image is collected into a sort of a pool, or a melted version of the user's reflection that lays down on the floor in front of them.
